I am a Bioresource Engineer, with expertise in food science and engineering, bioprocessing, and agricultural and food industry by-products utilization. I have more than 10 years of research experience. My expertise and research interest include the development of technologies for a reduction in storage losses of different food materials (processed and raw vegetables/ fruits) and sustainable utilization of farm and food industry by-products to develop value-added products and reduction of land and water pollution. I have worked with several entrepreneurs and small-scale businesses and consulted regarding the perspective products, technologies for economical production, and data analyses.
