One of the services we offer is a joint presentation of a number of exhibitors in one booth at leading exhibitions along with the continued accompaniment of the sales process with the relevant buyers who have expressed interest. This service includes many advantages:

Low costs – an opportunity to present and expose your products to a large customer base at a lower price compared to the costs of an independent display in a booth
Exclusivity – each of the participating exhibitors will not compete with the products of other representatives participating in the booth
Professional presentation – the WPN professional team that will operate the booth will make sure to learn about all the products that will be presented and will undergo full training with the exhibitors so that they can professionally answer the visitors’ questions
Local language – our local staff who speak the language, know the business arena, and the customers will operate the booth and promote the products in a professional and personal way
Preliminary introduction – WPN’s professional team will directly contact potential customers before the exhibition in order to reveal to them the participating companies and invite them to come and visit their booth
Stay in the office – the sales representative of the exhibiting companies are invited to come to the booth in order to promote the products, but those who choose not to come will have the opportunity to chat with interested customers online using tablets with headphones that will be available at the booth
Focus on the sales – WPN is always focused on business results, so here too our focus is on promotion toward closing deals in the field
Active follow-up – after the exhibition we will arrange physical meetings with samples of the products in order to promote transactions with the buyers who expressed interest during the exhibition
Full feedback – all information regarding meetings, business cards, and interested customers will be forwarded to exhibitors, including status updates and comments regarding the products or other relevant information

ISRAFOOD 2023 IN TEL AVIV

Get ready for the Israfood exhibition – the leading food & beverage expo in Israel that will take place on November 28-30 2023 in Expo Tel-Aviv in Israel. Israfood expo gathers around 15,000 visitors.

Israfood is the main & most important trade event for the food and beverage industry in Israel. This exhibition is the main platform and encounters between manufacturers & importers, and representatives of the institutional, professional, and retail chains sectors as well as the private sector.

Israfood 2023 will be held within the “Israeli Food & Hospitality Week” events, and Concurrently with:

Hotex, for equipment, services & technologies for the Hospitality Industry, and the Retail, and Institutional Sectors.

Kitex, for institutional kitchens and restaurants Equipment.

Bake & Cake, for Equipment, services & technologies for the Hospitality Industry, the Retail, and Institutional Sectors.

WPN BOOTH LAYOUT

BOOTH LOCATION

The service includes:
1. A display in an area of 1 meter by 2 meters including branding of the exhibiting company, displaying the products on shelves, and space for catalogs and marketing materials.
2. A tablet for a digital display of the products, the branding, and the possibility of direct video calls of the visitors with the representative of the exhibiting company.
3. A professional team of three people who will be present on-site for the three days of the exhibition and will be responsible for operating the booth and presenting the products to visitors.
4. Sending an invitation to visit the booth to relevant buyers, before the exhibition.
5. Professional and in-depth learning of all the products presented so that we can answer most of the questions ourselves.
6. Collecting data of the interested visitors, including contact details and the products they were interested in, and transferring the information to the exhibiting company.

The service does not include:
Payment for shipping, customs clearance, and transportation of the samples and marketing materials to the exhibition. However, assistance will be provided in managing the process itself with the local authorities.

The cost for the service:

$3,500 for payment received by the end of March 2023
$4,500 for payment received by the end of April 2023
$5,500 for payment received by the end of June 2023 (deadline for participation)

Additional service:

Follow-up
1. Coordination of physical meetings with relevant buyers who expressed interest during the visit to the pavilion and with other potential buyers (subject to the level of interest).
2. Arriving at meetings with the buyers in combination with the product samples and/or marketing materials in order to continue the conversation and promote it to close the deal.
3. Accompanying and promoting the transaction with the owners, together with the represented company, including the transfer of price offers, technical materials, attendance at additional meetings if necessary, etc.
4. Forwarding detailed status reports regarding the meetings and the process to the represented company.
5. Coordination of physical visit days between the buyers and the represented company together with the WPN sales manager (according to demand and need)

The cost of the service:

$3,000 for three months of activity between the months of December 2023 and February 2024.

In addition, a commission of 3% will be collected from all transactions closed with the clients while continuing the professional and active support of the WPN team in expanding the business activities of the company presenting to them.
