The respective healthcare institution should be from the following countries: Nigeria, Ethiopia, Bahrain, Uganda, Rwanda, Sudan, Zambia, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, and Mozambique.
